MEXICAN COOKING SERIES

Service Description

This course is taught for 2 hours on Saturdays from 4 to 6 pm. Participants will eat the fruits of their work. So, come to class hungry to learn and enjoy delicacies made by you. This course repeats the 2nd and 4th week of the month. If you like this class you can join other Saturday classes to make varieties of Mexican dishes. The curriculum includes: * Understand and apply basic kitchen safety and hygiene. * Make popular in-demand Mexican food and drink. * Build confidence in the kitchen to make Mexican food.
