Service Description

This course is designed for students who understand the English language to some extent and can hold a minimal conversation. This course will primarily focus on developing your verbal communication, but also cover reading skills, listening comprehension, and pronunciation. You will also be introduced to cultural highlights specific to American culture. The textbook used for this course is "Evolve 2", which can be ordered at the above link. Students are required to purchase the textbook and have it with them for every lesson. The course will cover three units in the book. Course Goals: 1) Improve speaking skills: Engage in simple conversations on familiar topics, such as personal background, hobbies, and preferences. 2) Expand vocabulary: Acquire a basic range of vocabulary related to common themes, including personal information, family, home, and daily activities. 3) Build grammar and sentence structure: Learn and apply basic grammar structures, including verb tenses, simple sentences, questions, and negations. 4) Improve pronunciation and intonation: Work on pronunciation accuracy for basic sounds, stress patterns, and intonation to enhance oral communication. 5) Increase confidence and fluency: Develop confidence in using basic language skills to communicate in simple and routine situations.
