This course is taught for 5 days from Monday through Friday from 9 am to 12 pm. The curriculum includes: * Understand and apply basic kitchen safety and hygiene. * Use common kitchen tools and appliances properly. * Follow simple recipes and cooking techniques. * Build confidence and independence in the kitchen. You will learn to make a breakfast item like pancake or waffle, popular Salad, a Pasta recipe, Bake cookies, Make pizza and Tacos/ Burritos
